I will try to find out some details and effective way to lose weight healthy. I have 10 kg to go :( Efforts must be taken .. It giving me some problem.. any one have information on snoring etc do email me. Thanks I know the following Best time to exercise - First thing in the morning Good food to help lose weight - Asparagus / Black fungus.. prevent taking the following food : Butter/ oily fried food/ candies/ chocolates etc drink 8 glass of water or more sleep early 2 molecule of water trap a molecule of fats.. haha
